In Düllberg Konzentra’s quality management system every operating process is documented, ensuring full transparency and traceability. In this way we ensure that the products we make or trade in always conform to a consistent quality standard.

Not only do we apply these stringent standards to ourselves. As well as our employees, we expect our suppliers and distribution partners to live up to the standards of Düllberg Konzentra quality management. We define concrete requirements, assess and audit our suppliers and provide training courses to ensure that all those involved in the production process meet the same consistently high standards of quality.

Always striving for improvement – our internal audits and reviews ensure that the effectiveness of the system is regularly evaluated, refined and improved. All production steps and tests are registered electronically, and the path of each one of our products – from the supplier of the individual ingredients right through to the customer – can be retraced. For purposes of practical application we have drawn up detailed procedural instructions, bringing together all our working instructions and test programmes under a single head – all dedicated to the high aim of ensuring optimum quality at all times.
