With an 85% level of automation, Düllberg Konzentra is a global leader and has one of the most ultra-modern production sites in the industry. Maximum accuracy in dosing and the highest quality standards have been the result of the company’s consistent commitment.

One of our great strengths is that we carry on our own distillation and rectification processes. This makes it possible for us to standardise natural essential oils and raw materials in terms of their physical and chemical properties – making us independent of natural fluctuations. With four fully automated mixing systems, our manufacturing processes are efficient, accurate and environmentally friendly.

Our production plant and warehouse together occupy an area of 6000 square metres. With more than 2000 essential oils and aromatic chemicals in stock at all times, we can respond in the shortest possible time even when a project presents highly complex requirements.

Introduced in 1997, our quality management system is based on ISO 9001, GMP and the recognised quality management processes of the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. The warehouse is compartmentalised and production is always on a batch basis – ensuring 100 percent traceability of all paths by which our products travel from the raw material to the customer.
